| how to make rms back upper on your java application. First thing we need this,
Required tool:
1. game or app(ex.UC Browser)
2. BlueFtp
3. MobyExplorer
If we have this tool, set aside. making rms back upper is mainly used in browsers.
Before telling you what we have to do, let me tell one thing why is rms back up required and where.
When we install and run any java app on phone then rms files are created in our phone which remain hidden . These files contain the last saved data of our app. .these files keep on updating as we use the application. Like if you played game.. And save that game on level 5 and when you again play it after some days. .
you can play it again from level 5 . It is due to the reason of RMS files only. If you delete rms files via your phone, then all your saved data of game will lost.
Now, lets start, let say, UC Browser you whom you want to make rms back upper. . After downloading.. Rename the downloaded app to zip, like for (ex. UC Browser.zip) . Now, extract class file using "BlueFtp". iF you done, Open "MobyExplorer" and go to folder "meta-inf" .. There will be file names manifest.mf . Click on that file. Now you will find written MIDlet-1: xxxxxx where xxxxxis name of app. . You just have to write MIDlet-2: Rmsbackp,, Rmsbackup and save that file. .
